Trans Otway Ltd are a family owned refrigerated transport company who deliver freight throughout New Zealand. We have a fleet of some 100 trucks, which are all compliant to carry refrigerated freight. We have depots in Dunedin, Christchurch, Blenheim, Palmerston North and Auckland, all who have coolstore facilities.
Trans Otway Ltd are very proud of acheiving tertiary level with ACC and we have a registered Risk Management Programme.

Trans Otway are now using Icos Live as we believe this is the way of the future for freight management.
IcosLive is exactly that – Live.
Our customers have the option to log on to the system and send their pick up requests through electronically. They are then able to track their freight through to the virtual delivery. If they choose not to use this option they can continue to send pickup requests in their usual manner.
We chose IcosLive after some extensive study as to what was available for the transport industry to manage freight pick up and delivery through to invoicing.

Our two super-users have worked with the team at Icos and professionally installed the system successfully and efficiently. With the assistance and suggestions of the team at IcosLive we believe we have the best available and easy to manage, freight management system

The system is easy to use – both for our customers and for Trans Otway. In our study we also took into consideration the support available and since going Live the support has been excellent plus.
