Junior PA / Office Junior

We are looking for someone to join our team at iCOS LIVE to work alongside the CEO, sales and development team and provide general administrative support.
The role will include but not be limited to;

  • Answering telephone calls and logging them in the help desk CRM system
  • Entering sales data into the sales CRM
  • Assisting with travel arrangements
  • Maintaining and building the companies online presence on Twitter, Facebook and YouTube
  • Taking minutes in board meetings
  • Managing internal and external mail
  • Any other AD HOC admin duties as required

The ideal candidate will have;

  • Knowledge of iCOS LIVE
  • At least 2 years work experience in an office environment
  • Experience of using Microsoft office mainly Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of social media
  • Full drivers license
  • Experience of the logistics and transport sector would be desirable but not essential

Field Sales Executive – Auckland

The ideal candidate for the Field Sales Executive – Auckland position will:

  • Have a strong understanding of B2B and B2C sales
  • Have experience of working within the Transport / Logistics industry in a direct sales role
  • Have knowledge of the software / IT industry
  • Be comfortable cold calling and developing their own leads
  • Be comfortable speaking to a variety people from all walks of life
  • Live or be local to Auckland and a hold a full clean NZ driving licence

Front Desk / Help Desk

Become an integral part of our team as the first point of call for our customers.

The role is fast paced, hands on and involves a wide range of tasks. These include attending inbound phone calls, general reception duties, liaising with our freight and distribution partners, providing support to the sales team and most importantly, managing customer requests and enquiries.

We are looking for an all-rounder with a great ‘can-do’ attitude who will take control of the role and really make it their own, while at the same time enjoy being an integral part of our team. A bright and positive personality, with the ability to keep your sense of humour through busy periods.

To be successful in this role you must have:

  • Good understanding of iCOS Live
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both over the phone and written
  • Time management skills are important as is the ability to successfully prioritise tasks
  • Computer literacy and intermediate knowledge of the Microsoft office suite (mainly Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • The ability to multitask and work within time restraints
  • Organisational skills and confidence with problem solving
